Location and service time change

We’re excited to announce that renovations at our Center City campus are complete! Starting Sunday, November 10, 2024, our Center City services will be held on the 2nd floor of the Crane Chinatown Building (1001 Vine St, Philadelphia, PA 19107) at 10:30 AM. Please note the new time! Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the 10th and Ridge parking lot. Be sure to place this parking placard on your dashboard. We look forward to worshiping with you at our Center City campus!

Welcome

A warm welcome to you! We are glad you are considering visiting us. Whether you are new to church, haven’t been to church in a long time, or are new to the area and searching for a new church home, it is our goal that you will be welcomed into a community of people renewed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.

If you do visit us on a Sunday, we invite you to stop by our Welcome Table after the worship service, where we can answer any of your questions and help you take the next step in getting connected.

What to expect?

When and where do you meet on Sundays?

We meet at 10:30am @ Crane Chinatown Community Center (1001 Vine St), 2nd floor.

How can I get there by public transportation?

The closest station is the 11th St. Station on the Market-Frankford (Blue) Line. From the 11th St. Station, walk north to Vine St and east to 10th St. (It is about a 10 minute walk from the station to Crane Chinatown.)

What is your worship service like?

Our service is about 90 minutes long. The style is fairly liturgical, and we seek an atmosphere of reverent joy. During the service, we sing, pray, profess our faith, confess our sins, hear a sermon based on the Bible, and enjoy the sacraments together.

What is your music like?

We sing a mix of old hymns and contemporary worship songs from a variety of sources such as Getty Music, Passion, CityAlight, and others. You can listen to a playlist from our Sunday worship here.

How often do you celebrate the Lord’s Supper?

Once a month.

What do people wear?

Some people dress casually (jeans) while others are more formal (tie, dress). Most are somewhere in between.

Is there a Nursery and Sunday School for children?

Yes! We have a Nursery for children under 2 and Sunday school for ages 2 – 5th grade. We ask that you have your children (all ages) participate in the worship service with you until the time of greeting, when the children can be dismissed to their respective classrooms. Is there a Youth Group?

We do have a Youth Group for 6th-12th grade students that meets every other Sunday near our West Philly Campus (4633 Cedar Ave). On Sundays, we invite our youth group students to participate in the worship service with the adults, as we believe in what is called covenantal worship. More info can be found here.

Where can I park?

There is a parking lot available to you on Sundays free of charge, located on 10th St & Ridge St. (Please enter on 10th Street) This lot closes at 3pm. You will need to place a parking placard on your dashboard. There will be a welcoming team member in the lot passing out these parking placards, or you can pick one up from the welcoming table inside the building before you park.

There is also street parking available all around the Crane Chinatown building. (Please check parking signs!)
