Children’s Ministry Meeting
Next Sunday, June 8th, immediately after service, join us for a brief but important meeting as we share updates on upcoming transitions in our Children’s Ministry, go over summer plans and logistics, discuss how children can be welcomed as communicant members, and explore ways you can be involved in supporting our kids and leaders. We’d love to see you there!  Please sign up here to RSVP as lunch will be provided. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide childcare for this event; however, please note that parents that are unable to attend will have the agenda emailed and can set up an individual meeting if they desire. 

Come to the Altar
On Pentecost Sunday, June 8th, join us for Come to the Altar from 4PM to 7PM at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. This is not another event. It’s not a show. It’s a moment for the Church of Philadelphia and the Tri-State Area to lay down our differences, lift up the name of Jesus, and seek a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Imagine this: 3,000 believers gathering in the heart of the city—just like they did on the first Pentecost. Worshiping. Repenting. Praying. Believing for God to heal our land and transform our region. Come to the Altar is a picture of what happens when every generation, every race, and every denomination comes together as one Church—not around a personality or a platform, but at the feet of Jesus. Lunch for the Leatherman Family
On June 22, our missionary family the Leathermans will be with us as they are currently on home assignment. Their support group is hosting a lunch for them after the service for the Renewal family to connect with them further and hear more about their work in Pakistan. If you are interested, please sign up here so we have a headcount for lunch. 

Care for the Fordes
As many of you have heard, the Forde family is walking through an incredibly difficult season. Isaac and Claudia’s 3 year old daughter Ilona was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. You can sign up to help with their Meal Train and/or you can give to the Forde family care fund on Renewal’s giving page. You can select “Forde Family” in the dropdown menu. Finally, there is a Go Fund Me page. This is suitable for people who aren’t connected to Renewal.

Recruiting for Missions Committee
The Missions Committee needs your help! If you are interested in fostering global or city missions here at Renewal, this committee is for you. If you are interested, please click here. 

Children’s Ministry Volunteers Needed
Children’s Ministry is in need of at least 7 more volunteers for the 2025-2026 school year beginning in the Fall. If you are interested in helping out with teaching Sunday School for children ages 6 months through 5th grade please fill out this form. 

Diaconate
If you have any felt needs (physical or spiritual) please contact the Renewal Diaconate. We serve alongside the community of members of Renewal and our leadership team of pastors and elders to offer the compassion and love of Christ as we meet and pray with you. 

Summer Connections
Traditionally, summer is a time when Renewal activities slow down due to travel and vacations. To keep the community spirit alive during this time, Renewal attenders and members are hosting “summer connection” events that foster community and connection while our Community Groups are on pause. You can sign up to lead an event on a rolling basis. The events will run from June through the end of August. You can now also sign up to take part in the various events. 

Asian American Christian Collaborative
The AACC is hosting their first conference this October in Northern Virginia. If you are interested in signing up or would like more details click here.
