Parking Information

On Sunday, January 18th, 2009, our 12pm Service starting worshiping in our new building (47th & Cedar), a ten minute walk from our old location at Emmanuel Church (48th & Spruce). 10am Service officially transitioned into the new building on August 30th, 2009.

Parking Options:

Please arrive to church early to give yourself enough time to find parking spaces in the blocks surrounding our new location. We recommend looking for spots in the mixed commercial and residential streets around our church:

Baltimore Ave — located one block south from Cedar Avenue
48th Street — located one block west of 47th Street
Spruce Street — five minute walk north of Cedar Avenue

You can also look for a space in the municipal parking lot next to Abbracio's Restaurant (located on 47th & Warrington, one block south of Baltimore Ave).

* Please DO NOT park on the 4600 block of Cedar Avenue to be respectful to our neighbors.

Transportation Options:

Since parking is limited, we ask everyone to consider the following options:

Carpooling — Organize a carpool system with your community groups or parishes.
Public Transportation — Take the Green Line Trolley (#34) which runs on Baltimore Ave, or take the SEPTA Buses that stop along Walnut/Spruce Streets. Cedar Ave is 5 blocks (only a 5 minute walk) from Spruce Street.
Renewal College Fellowship Bus — For those who live in the University City area, consider taking our Free Bus Shuttle.
Walking — This is the healthiest choice! (if applicable)
